OCTOBER 7, 2026 -- In September, the Grange celebrated its 89th Annual Fair with food, games, exhibits, crafts and more! The Maker’s Monday group also awarded another Quilt of Valor. ; Upcoming in October: ; 10/10 Pancake Breakfast; 10/14 Everything You Always Wanted to Know about Raising Chickens, 10/17 Care Maintenance Workshop for youth and 10/21- No Bake Protein Balls Workshop.

SEPTEMBER 24, 2026 -- They say that change is good. If that is true, things should be good at Nutmeg Pomona when we meet on Sunday, Sept. 27th at Wallingford Grange at 2:00. A potluck dinner will be held at the close of the meeting- Wallingford Grange in charge.

SEPTEMBER 9, 2026 -- Our 89th annual Grange Fair is occurring on Saturday, September 12th from 12pm-5pm. Lunch will be served throughout the day. We will have Backyard Shenanigans for the Kids, Live Music, Crocheting Demonstration, Exhibits, Bake/Craft Sale, Educational Interactions, and More!

AUGUST 20, 2026 -- Nutmeg Pomona met at Beacon Valley Grange on June 28th. Very important meeting – Election of Officers. When we meet next September 27th at Wallingford Grange a few faces will be installed.

AUGUST 9, 2026 -- On Juneteenth, Wallingford Grange hosted a youth event where youth learned several different colonial dishes! Youth at the event made Johnny Cakes, Pease Porridge, and hermit cookies while learning basic kitchen skills along the way. Youth also were able to discover how families cooked and ate in colonial times.

JULY 20, 2026 -- With Pomona meeting only once each quarter there is not much to report but check us out next month and see the slate of officers who will lead our Pomona for the next two years.
